Order

Orders can be made in our online store at www.lionjewels.dk, by calling our customer service on 7070 1516 or by e-mailing customer service at kundeservice@lionjewels.dk.If the order is placed via our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive the confirmation within 15 minutes, check your folder for unwanted emails. Should you still not have received the confirmation, please contact customer service by phone or e-mail.

Delivery and delivery time

Production time/Delivery time

All products are handmade in Denmark to order when you place the order with us, i.e. that we do not stock finished jewellery. It has the advantage that you can design your own products and put together exactly the beads, pendants, etc. without paying extra. However, there may of course be a price difference for the pearls and balls you choose. The production time and delivery time for products where the materials are in stock are 2-6 working days for deliveries in Denmark and 3-9 working days for deliveries in the EU. Orders received on weekends, holidays or weekdays after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on weekdays thereafter. However, the delivery time is an additional 3-5 working days if engraving is included in the order.The delivery time for engravings is calculated from the day where the correction is approved by the customer. During sales and up to holidays such as Christmas etc.mproduction time may be slightly longer.After finished production of the jewelry, the order is transferred to delivery and shipping.Weekdays mean Monday-Friday, i.e. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included.

Payment

All prices are local currency incl. Danish VAT.

You can pay with VisaCard, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, ApplePay and GooglePay. The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are dispatched, however the amount is reserved on your account if you have Visa Electron, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit, this is because you have a card with balance control, it is therefore your bank that reserves the amount and not us.Lion Jewels encrypts all your card information with  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons, including Lion Jewels, cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with us.

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount on your card, or transfer the amount to your bank account, in the same way as you paid us.

If you are unable to pay by credit card, you also have the option of making a bank transfer to us.N B! With this form of payment, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

Right of return

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
 
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day where you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
 
If it is an agreement for the regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first goods.
 
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can email kundeservice@lionjewels.dk or use the standard cancellation form as you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not pick up the item, it will be sent back to us and we will not refund the shipping costs in this case.

Regret of part of the purchase

If you want to give your customers the opportunity to cancel part of the purchase, you can insert the sentence below, and then choose one of the two ways below

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal

Items that are specially manufactured, engraved or executed according to the customer's wishes/design cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
 
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you regret the purchase, you will get only a part or nothing of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day where we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
 
We can withhold payment until we have received the item.

Complaints

All goods are covered by the Sales Act's 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that you can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase.

Lion Jewels reserves the right to have the item repaired, exchanged or refund the purchase. The right of complaint does not cover when errors, damages or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal daily wear and tear.

You must not expose the jewelry to moisture and water in the form of a bath, beach water or swimming pool. You must not use the jewelery in connection with sports and fitness, as sweat contains salt and acid.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

Personal Data Policy 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel.no. and email address. We also register the IP address where from the time the purchase is made. Should the purchase turn out to be fake, we will use this information about the IP address in connection with a police report.
 
We register and pass on your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you.
 
The personal information is registered with von Bentzen ApS and stored for five years, whereafter which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

As registered with von Bentzen ApS, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. Appeal access

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact customer service at kundeservice@lionjewels.dk . If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1.DKK 110 and a maximum of 100.DKK 000 For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
