Ordering

Orders can be placed in our online store at the address www.lionjewels.dk, by phone through our customer service at 7070 1516, or by email to customer service at kundeservice@lionjewels.dk. If you order through our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received the confirmation, please contact customer service by phone or email.

Delivery and Delivery Time

Production Time/Delivery Time

All products are handcrafted in Denmark to order, meaning we do not stock finished jewelry. This enables you to design your own products and combine exactly the beads, pendants, etc., without extra cost, although there may naturally be a price difference depending on the beads you choose. The production and delivery time for products where materials are in stock is 2-6 business days for deliveries in Denmark and 3-9 business days for deliveries in the EU. Orders received on weekends, public holidays, or on weekdays after 12 pm are processed the following weekday. However, delivery time is an additional 3-5 business days if engraving is included in the order. The delivery time for engravings is counted from the day the proof is approved by the customer. During sales and leading up to holidays like Christmas, etc., production time may be slightly longer. After the jewelry is finished, the order is transferred for delivery and shipping. Business days refer to Monday-Friday, meaning Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not included.

Payment

All prices are in local currency including Danish VAT.

You can pay with VisaCard, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, ApplePay, and GooglePay. The amount for the goods is only drawn when the goods are dispatched. However, the amount is reserved on your account if you have Visa Electron, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit. This is because you have a card with balance control, thus it is your bank that reserves the amount, not us. Lion Jewels encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties, including Lion Jewels, cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction to us.

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount to your card, or transfer the amount to your bank account, in the same way, you paid us.

If you are unable to pay by credit card, you also have the option to make a bank transfer to us. Note! With this form of payment, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

Return Policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
 
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part. 
 
If it concerns an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
 
The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@lionjewels.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not pick up the item, it is returned to us and in this case, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Cancellation of Part of the Purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in one order.

Note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

No Right of Withdrawal

Goods that are specially made, engraved, or produced according to the customer's wish/design are not returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Condition of the Item When You Send It Back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you are not allowed to actually use it.
 
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may possibly lead to a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
 
We may withhold payment until we have received the item.

Complaints

All goods are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act's 24 months warranty. The warranty means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that appear within 24 months after the purchase.

Lion Jewels reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase. The warranty does not cover when errors, damage, or wear appear due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary daily wear.

You must not expose the jewelry to moisture and water in connection with bathing, seawater, or swimming pools. You should not use the jewelry in connection with the practice of sports and fitness, as sweat contains salt and acid.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address. We also register the IP address from which the purchase was made. Should the purchase prove to be fraudulent, we use this information about the IP address in connection with a police report.
 
We register and pass on your personal data in order to deliver the product to you.
 
Personal data is registered with von Bentzen ApS and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller at www.lionjewels.dk is von Bentzen ApS.
 
As registered with von Bentzen ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. These rights are according to the Personal Data Act. Contact in this regard is made to: kundeservice@lionjewels.dk

Right to Complain

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you should contact customer service at kundeservice@lionjewels.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with:

To be able to complain, the product or service you are complaining about must have cost at least 1,110.00 DKK and at most 100,000.00 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720.00 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
